Who: VAHSA Leadership Camp is for incoming, current, and recently graduated (Class of 2017) high school students only. If you are not an incoming 9th grader, current high school student, or a Class of 2017 high school senior, then you are not eligible to register for this camp.

Location: Celebrity Ranch (Hemet, CA)
Price
•  June 7 to July 14, 2017 - $70.00 (Early Bird Rate)
•  July 15 to August 2, 2017 - $90.00 (Normal Rate)

Camp Registration Includes
•  
Camp t-shirt, name badge, program booklet, workshops
•  Meals starting with lunch on Friday and ending with breakfast on Sunday
•  Weekend memories, new friends, and much more!

Scholarship Info
Project LEAD wants to hear why you want to go to VAHSA Camp! Please submit a video (up to 1 minute and 30 seconds) explaining what you would like to take away from camp. Have fun with this and be creative as possible. We want to see your personality shine! The scholarship is an effort to help deserving applicants offset the cost of camp registration. To submit a video, please submit a Google Drive, Dropbox or Youtube link in your camp registration or send the video/video link to registration@uvsa.org. The deadline to submit your video response is August 2nd at 11:59PM.

Transportation
UVSA will provide bus transportation to the campsite. The buses will depart from the UVSA Office located at 12831 Western Ave, Unit B, Garden Grove, CA 92841
•  Departs Friday at 8:00AM
•  Returns Sunday at 3:00PM

Registration Steps

  1. Register - A confirmation email will be sent after submitting the form. ***Check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox
  2. Complete Payment - A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately if paying online or within 5 business days of mailing or dropping off check payment
  3. Submit Liability Waiver and Medical Release Forms before or by Registration Check-in on August 11, 2017 at 7:00 AM
  4. Upload your Headshot for your badge photo to our VAHSA Dropbox. Please include your full name and school on your image file name.

Payment Options
You may pay using one of the following options. If you are mailing or dropping off a check, we recommend you also include your signed Liability and Medical Waiver Forms.
•  Online - Submit your registration and you will be directed to pay online with credit or debit card. To pay online at a later date, click on "View Your Payment Details" in your registration confirmation email
•  By Mail - Make check payable to UVSA and mail to UVSA, PO BOX 2069, WESTMINSTER CA 92684
•  In Person - Make check payable to UVSA and drop into mail slot at UVSA, 12831 GARDEN GROVE BLVD UNIT B, GARDEN GROVE CA 92841
•  We do not accept cash
