There’s a great petition going on called the Vietnamese English Language Immersion (VELI) spearheaded by Anh Bảo Nguyễn, Board Member of the Garden Grove Unified School District. The purpose of this petition is to ask Garden Grove Unified School District to add in VELI to all the schools. Please help them by clicking here to sign.

Tet Festival 2013 Highlight Video

The Tet Festival Press Conference this past Sunday has finally wrapped up Tet Festival for the year 2013 for us. To remember the special moments that occurred throughout the 3-day weekend, our IT/Media Director Bao Pham has completed a highlight video for this momentous project for UVSA. This video features a lot of beautiful footage that our IT/Media was able to capture throughout the weekend, so we hope that you not only enjoy it but become inspired by the multitude of things that go into Vietnamese New Year at the Tet Festival.

You may ask, what does UNAVSA and CoRR stand for? UNAVSA is the Union of North American Vietnamese Student Associations or Liên Hội Sinh Viên Việt Nam Bắc Mỹ in Vietnamese.
